ACCA chartered certified accountant with 10 years experience in finance.
My first 5 years were in compliance—preparing company accounts, filing tax returns, handling VAT. I learned how HMRC works, what triggers enquiries, and how to structure things properly from day one.
Then 5 years in finance technology and automation, including 3 years at EY. I worked on finance transformation projects—fixing broken processes, implementing new systems, and rebuilding how data flows through organisations.
Now I apply that experience to founders and small businesses who need their finance function built properly, not just maintained.

ACCA qualified — a globally recognised chartered certified accountancy qualification. Degree in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes.
ACCA members are held to international standards of ethics, technical competence, and continuing professional development. It means the advice you get is rigorous, current, and regulation-ready.
That foundation, combined with hands-on experience in finance technology, is what GenTax is built on.
The right accounting and finance tools for where you are now, not what you might need in three years.
How you pay yourself, how profits are extracted, how the business is set up. Structured properly from the start so it scales without needing to be ripped out later.
Fundraising, R&D tax claims, due diligence—your numbers need to be ready, not rebuilt under pressure.
No more chasing receipts or reconciling spreadsheets every month. Systems that do the work for you.
